Hardware
Verilog and SystemVerilog Gotchas, by Stuart Sutherland & Don Mills
This is a very practical and useful book to anyone who ever writes hardware in (System)Verilog and have not yet understood all the details in the standards about those two languages. The authors have participated in the standardization of the very languages, so they are the experts who can help us. The Gotcha 48 has gotten me when I was implementing a CORDIC algorithm some years ago. Had I had the book at that time I would not have suffered almost a week to understand what was going on. It is definitely a book to keep nearby.
